First, check the right side of Chrome's address bar for the sign of a blocked pop-up and click on it.

Second, select the first option
Always allow pop-ups
and click on the button Done.

Third, reload the page so the updated settings take effect.

First, select Safari in the application bar.

Second, uncheck the option Block Pop-Up windows
