• Use of Your Personal Details

Upon registration on the website your personal data will be used in order to:

Confirm your financial transactions,
Send you information about news and events,
Allow you to apply to Customer Support Services.

The following data will be collected by our servers when you use our online services:

Source IP address,
Time of access,
Date of access,
Type of browser used.

We reserve the right to randomly review the registration data provided by a Player in order to ensure non breach of the T&Cs. Information may be disclosed to any third party we consider necessary to validate the information on a Player’s Account. Such information may include but is not limited to ordering a credit report and/or otherwise verifying the information against third party databases and the Player agrees to provide such information or documentation we may request.

• Confidentiality

We use various measures to protect our Players’ personal data of as well as the information about them collected by our system. We adhere to all relevant regulations, including Data Protection Act, legal notices and/or similar rules in Europe, taking account of the Data Protection Directive (EC Directive 95/46/EC) and the Electronic Communications Privacy Directive (EC Directive/2002/58/EC).

The management of our online gaming system complies with high ethical and professional standards in order to provide our Players with a secure service.

Upon registration, all the data is encrypted by strong cryptographic algorithms. When the data is inserted, its authenticity is checked and activation is authorized by the system. If upon registration a duplicate Account is created, we will inform the Player in question to verify the information entered.

We ensure that credit card details are never divulged to any other parties except to the financial institutions.

The TRNG uses a special and sophisticated algorithm and therefore cards can neither be predicted nor related to one another.

Prohibited Use of the Service

Collusion is a fraudulent activity which involves two or more Players acting with a secret, common strategy. Some common forms of collusion are: soft play, that is, failing to bet or raise in a situation that would normally merit it, to avoid costing one's partner or friend money; whipsawing, where partners raise and re-raise each other to trap players in between; dumping, where a cheater will deliberately lose to a partner; and signaling, or trading information between partners via signals of some sort, such as arranging their chips in a certain manner.

Chip Dumping is a form of collusion that happens during tournaments, especially in the early rounds. Two or more Players decide to go all-in early. The winner gets a large amount of chips, which increases the Player's chances of cashing. The winnings are then split among the colluders.

Money Laundering

Money Laundering is illegal and if we determine or have a strong suspicion that such activity is taking place, we will close your account immediately and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
